Through positions such as cutting educator, lecturer, training salon manager and sales planning manager, Hideki has been nurturing talent with education, skills evaluation and competitions since joining Shiseido beauty salon HAIR DO.
Moving to the front line of education in 2008, Hideki actively groomed talent through leadership and developing training content as a trainer with two year’s of Shiseido beauty academy.
December 2010 saw the launch of Hideki’s international educator career as he joined Professional Global Marketing, a global division of Shiseido Group. Over the next 4 and a half years, he took charge of education in 8 Asian countries as Education Director. In 2014, he conducted overseas seminars (of which some were held in 13 Chinese cities : The first Japanese hairdresser ) and gained international recognition within and outside Shiseido.
In May 2015, Hideki established ABHEA (Asia Beauty Hairdressers Education and Academy) after leaving Shiseido. Receiving international recognition as a frontline educator, he has given over 100 days of seminars and salon training representing ABHEA.
